Hello,
You are suffering from migraine and vertigo. You have been on Tylenol, it gives you partial relief. You also experience intermittent head tingling, facial flushing, dizziness, etc. You are suffering from vestibular migraine. You have balance problems, vertigo, nausea, and dizziness. This kind usually happens in people who have a history of
motion sickness. Since your right eye feels odd and is in discomfort you are suggested to get clinically examined by an Eye specialist to detect or rule out ophthalmic migraine. This is also known as an ocular or retinal migraine.
Get required tests, investigations done. You will be treated accordingly with triptans, like
sumatriptan, nausea medication,
acetaminophen / ibuprofen. You are also suggested resting your eyes in a closed, dark, quiet room. Applying a cool compress or ice pack on your forehead may help. Drink adequate amount of fluids and water to avoid
dehydration. Stay away from addictions if any. Do moderate exercises, avoid triggers, massage, acupressure therapy may help,
neuromodulation devices may help if required.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
