Suggest Treatment For Migraine Attacks

I am a healthy 29 year old triathlete, no smoking, consume alcohol less than 2 times a week- over the past 7 months I have had an increase of migrane headaches with aura (also think it might be scintillating scotoma ). I want to prevent them from happening- as they are occuring up to 2-3 times a week. It is driving me crazy. I take st. johns wart to help relieve anxiety (if that is the cause) but I do not think it is. Just got one today after an hour long massage- so I was very relaxed!

Please help!
