Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of migraine headache which is not getting better with treatment . Well there can be many reasons responsible for migraine like inadequate sleep, stress, sensory stimuli like light and loud sound and due to changes in wake-sleep pattern.

I would suggest you to take preventive treatment together with specific phase treatment. You cans start with antidepressants, antiepileptics and calcium channel blockers. Severe migraine can also be treated by the use of ergot alkaloid drugs. Avoid exposure to crowdy area. Give proper rest to eyes.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
