Suggest Treatment For Migraine Headache

hello.i am suffering from headach from 35 year now this pain convert into migrain .i took so many medicin but after some time that medicin not give any rasponse ..such as apilax corno,topomac-50 mg ,tryptomer -10 mgetc...for pain relif i pop up rejet-10 with nemulid every day after day..how can my will be condition will be ok ..plz suggest

Hello....i understand that you have been having a long standing history of headaches.
Have you been diagnosed with migraine only recently?
Since you have not been responding to medication it would be worthwhile to get an mri scan of the brain to look for any other possible cause.
It is also important for you to identify the triggers which bring on the headaches e.g. caffeine, loud music, sunlight, smoke inhalation so that you can try to avoid the precipitating factors.
For treating migraine i usually have my patients on prophylactic medication to prevent the onset of attacks. However, they need to be taken under supervision and on a long term basis.
Please consult a neurologist to make sure that it is migraine that you have and nothing else, so that appropriate preventive treatment can be instituted
