General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Chronic right side scalp & facial pain along with eye twitching is indicative of nerve weakness (neurological disorder), trigeminal neuralgia, TMD or dental infection/ oral issues.

You are suggested to visit an ENT, get clinically assessed. If facial weakness is developing due to neurological disorder it will be treated accordingly(medicine & physiotherapy).

For tinnitus get an audiometry test done, if there is partial perforation in the ear drum you will be treated for a prolonged time by medicines & if required surgery may be recommended. Do not drive, Vertin - 8mg is an effective medicine. Take it under your treating Physician.

Hypertension needs a thorough medical check up. It can be due to stress, anxiety & tensions, neglect may lead to development of heart problems.

You will be treated with beta blockers, diuretics, calcium channel blockers. Quit smoking. Stay away from addictions if any. Exercise & stay well hydrated. You can take Sumatriptan or Rizatriptan for relieve from migraine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
