General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

To me, should get further tests to check out why she is having nosebleeds, plus a good ENT examination to rule out nasal mucosa damages. Migraines is often related to female hormones, unfortunately, there's not much we can do to manage. So far, she is being treated adequately, apart a few diagnostic tests as recommended above. I personally, advise my patients to breathe fresh air, but not cool air as cold air can trigger migraine. Plus, vitamin B and C for proper nerve nutrition. Regular follow ups with neurologist are also highly recommended.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
