The radiographic findings merely are descriptive of changes in the brain that can be seen in normal individuals as well. They are generally not considered to be of any importance when dealing with patients who complain of any neurological problems such as headaches.
The pineal cyst is extremely small and also not considered to be of any relevance in a headache patient unless this is something that can be shown to be actively growing rapidly or pressing against other vital structures of the brain known to trigger or cause pain. However, this is extremely rare. Therefore, in general, the MRI findings you present would not be considered a very good explanation to your headaches.
