Suggest Treatment For Migraines

Have suffered from migraines for years-know my triggers-especially weather. Then my son was killed 3 yrs. ago in a car accident-do nomt get to see my grandchildren as much-feel as though I have lost them, too. My daughter is screwing her life up-my husband has started drinking because of his grief. I do not sleep much and doctors have basically prescribed antihistamines which the cyproheptadine started causing headaches. I have to function for my family so I do not want to be sleepy, changed, and emotionally dead but I am about to lose it.

Many triggering factors have been implicated for migraine.recognizing these factors and its avoidance will solve ur problem. Quit active or passive smoking. Diet-identify triggering factors, like oils, milk products ,stored and packed foods.avoid stress.do meditation and yoga.I know this is a long list but it solves ur problem from root.
Taking medicines like ergotamines for acute and propanolol for prophylaxis gives relief.
But follow the preventive way,as it the best.
