What should i do i have mild bulging annulus grade1-2 right paracentral radial tear L3-4 L4-5 there is agrade 4 left paracentral radial tear with extension of contrast along the left paracentral, intrainal and lateral marginof the disk mild diffuse disk bulge moderate to severe narrowing. L5-S1broad -based circumferential disk bulg. Contrast material in the disk with grade1 left paracentral annulartear no spinal stenosis mimimal flatttening ontheventral epidural fat facet hypertrophy, with mild left neuralforaminal narrowing.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, it is all depends upon the clinical condition if it is severe or shows some motor difficulty or say neurological problem then such case may need surgical intervention else in absence of clinical symptoms this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
