Suggest Treatment For Mild Arterial Stenosis

had an ultra sound on my legs a few weeks ago, Dr. office called said I have mild arterial stenosis. said they will monitor it for now and not to worry. what causes this? FYI, both parents died from heart issues, dad at 55, mom at 77. anything I can do for this on my own?
