Suggest Treatment For Mild Breast Pain And Lower Abdominal Pain

I have a question i have mild pain under the right breast in the rib area hurts when touched and sometimes I get a pain on the right lower abdominal area and in very tired all the time I had a cubical done six years ago I need help trying to figure this out please

use tab.dolo 650 mg for general pain,if abdominal pain is cramping type use tab.buscopan 10 mg 8th hrly ....if pain is hunger type.... use tab.pantop 40mg(half an hr before breakfast ) .drugs to be used according to severity....if pain persistent u need to consult general surgeon in person.
