Suggest Treatment For Mild Cerebral Atrophy

Hi, my aunty is having a mild cerebral atrophy, I am attaching her report below, kindly suggest what can be done, IMPRESSION - NCCT brain reveals a tiny calcified lesion in the right parietal lobe in grey white matter junction s/o inactive granuloma - probably NCC; MILD CEREBRAL ATROPHY.

1.Mild cerebral atrophy is seen as a age related changes - any thing over 55-60 years of age.
2.Also seen in any systemic disease the patient is suffering from.
3.The calcification seen - are usually old healed infection, multiple suggest NCC - neuocysticercosis.
4. In this case a contrast study is recommended to see any associated findings.
5. If patient is symptomatic - its required. Other wise present findings are not suspicious.
