General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Irrespective of your history about menstrual cramps the other additional symptoms are suggestive of gastroenteritis unless proved otherwise.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations.
Stool routine and microscopy.
Blood: CBC, sugar, liver and kidney functions.
If there is any evidence of an intestinal infection then you need a prescription based antibiotic, metronidazole and probiotics.
Also need a symptomatic treatment with a PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone and so on.
Supportive treatment with oral rehydration solution.
Once nausea settles take plenty of oral fluids.
Continue treatment for 5 complete days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant, General Surgeon
