Suggest Treatment For Mild Dermatitis On The Face Of A Baby

Hi doc, i have a 6 month old baby who is exclusively on breastmilk. I took sinarest two days in a row andonecitrazine on the third day. My baby has mild dermatitis on his face which has gone bad from last couple of days.could this be because of the medicine? If yes, then what should I do now?

Hello,

All these drugs are anti-allergic. These are safe medications if taken while lactating. I haven't seen your baby so I could not comment on the dermatitis.

I suggest you to consult your doctor as it could be due to dry skin and can be treated only with emollients like petroleum jelly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
