Suggest Treatment For Mild Fever, Cough And Fatigue
I have been spiking a mild fever between 99 and 101 and have a cough that is sometimes productive, other times more dry. I also get tired easily and my resting heart rate has been averaging 85 - 90 when it is usually in the mid to upper 60 s. These symptoms started 4 days ago.

Your symptoms are more related to viral illness that is affecting your respiratory tract. Take plenty of fluids, paracetamol for fever and pain relief and take some rest. If you started having high grade fever, with increasing shortness of breath and restlessness go to your doctor immediately.
