Suggest Treatment For Mild Fever, cold And Headache

Hi Doctor,
I am Yunus, from Hyderabad, India. I am suffering from mild fever, heavy cold and little cough. This starts from 3 days before. Last two days I suffered from diarrhea and now it is ok with ORS solution. But still I have mild fever inside, cold and Headache. I am in Fasting from last 10 days (Ramazan month). Is it any symptom of viral fever?
I appreciate your kind reply.
Thanks
Yunus

HI
Well come to HCM
The given symptoms are here suggestive of some allergic condition and if I would be treating doctor then I would treat this condition with Tab Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen as per needed for pain and fever and Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day, this is just nothing to worry and this would come around soon, take care.
I find this answer helpful
