how can i stop the nausea from my mild gastritis ,my doctors say that it is my nerves and not the gastritis am nauseated 24 /7, Can t eat losing weight no life just constant nausea. had my gall bladder removed due to 6% functioning nausea before and after. take anti-depression medication at bedtime, it is called rameron.
The depression, excess stress and gastritis all can lead nausea..
For which you need domperidone drug to prevent vomitting.
According to cause further treatment guided. .you are already taking antidepressant drug... USG done to look for chronic gastritis change if needed h. Pylori testing done with urea breath test.... If h. Pylori positive than kit for it prescribed..
For simple gastritis omeprazole capsule course can be taken....
