Suggest Treatment For Mild Headache After Head Injury?

Hi i am 23 years old I weight 115 lbs and i do not have any past medical problems. I hit the top of my head 3 days ago on the trunk of my car it is a very heavy trunk that i have to pick up with both hands, since then I have had a mild headache is this normal or should I be worried?

Hello,

First of all, mild headache after head trauma is normal, but if you lost you're conscious or there was a deterioration in your concentration, you could do a CT Brain. I think you need a bed rest for 3 days and a pain killer.
