What Causes Headaches After A Head Injury?
I am a Parkinsons patient with a DBS implant. I fell today and hit the back of my head on the ground very hard. It seems I only have a mild headache that circles my head. Should I worry about a concussion? When should I seek treatment if I should? Thank you. YYYY@YYYY

Hello,
I recommend you to visit hospital for general examination so that level of injury can be found. Head is a delicate structure and susceptible to trauma.
Though you have a mild headache which can be managed by Paracetamol sos. But keeping in view your age if there is some trauma or fracture it can cause later issues.
Let me inform back if you feel any vomitting or nausea.Any of signs needs medical intervention.
