Suggest Treatment For Mild Left Ventricular Dysfunction

Left ventricle mild dysfunction Im 26 years old girl from india.. This is what shows on my ecg and 2d eco report I did a treadmill test as well but the report says thats normal.. I get tired to fast and also breathless iv put on some weight lately im 70kg 5 ft.. Sometime i fell my heart beat to fast and hard specially in the night before going to bed.. Is this a serious issue? Plz help

This young age left ventricular dysfunction is rare. Check for possibilities like hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or congenital heart disease or valvular heart disease or rheumatic heart disease etc.

I think you may be developed intermittent arrhythmia due to cardiac dysfunction. Please post a complete report of echocardiogram then will examine and treat you accordingly.
