Hello,

Thickened endometrium does cause pain & when left untreated it may cause persistent pain & restlessness/discomfort. It may complicate to endometriosis & menopausal women may be at risk of getting cancer, if the cell lining are abnormal. You are suggested to get connected to a OBGYN & get treated the thickening effect of the excess estrogen in your endometrium. You may be given a progestin therapy in the method tat will be the best for you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
