Good day dr.!, my MRI findings id mildy bulky uterus with thickened endometrium, because i have always pained on the right side down on my belly.so my question is , what am i going to do so that this finding will be gone and is this might be the cause why i have always pained?
Thickened endometrium does cause pain & when left untreated it may cause persistent pain & restlessness/discomfort. It may complicate to endometriosis & menopausal women may be at risk of getting cancer, if the cell lining are abnormal. You are suggested to get connected to a OBGYN & get treated the thickening effect of the excess estrogen in your endometrium. You may be given a progestin therapy in the method tat will be the best for you.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
