Suggest Treatment For Milk Allergy, Itchy Eyes And Throat Tightness
I believe I just recently developed a milk allergy. I first noticed milk ingestion and shortly after experiencing itchy eyes. Today, I had probably about 2 cups of milk about noon and my throat has been tight all day. Is there anything I should do to alleviate it?

You have itching and red eye like symptoms shortly after drinking milk...
So it is from milk allergy or we can say food allergy from Dairy products...
COW and other milk also contain cross reactive protein, so that can't be substituted and you have to stop dairy product...
For allergy antihistaminic drug can be given like phenylephrine...
If allergy severe than short term steroid might needed...
