Suggest Treatment For Moderate Varicocele In Left Testis
I am 21years old.before 6 months i got to know that i have moderate vericocele in my left testes..in my ultrasound report ap art of this moderate vericocele,both testes are normal in size and shape,normal echotexture of both testes,no cystolic or solid mass seen,epidymis is normal on both sides,normal scan of both corpora.my doctor said that there is no need of surgery or anything to it.he said that if u get infertility then we'll see.i am unmarried.but please tell me what would i do?i don't have any pain in testes.i also did semen analysis.in it my sperm count is 65million,normal morphology but I have pus cells 10-12/hpf.

Don’t do anything, just as you doctor said. About 15% of all men have a varicocele, small to medium size. As long as it doesn’t cause constant pain, just forget it. “Normal echo-texture of both testes” is the really important part because it means no cancer and no structural damages to the semen producing tissues. It means your external male organs are healthy.
