Suggest Treatment For Mood Swings And Irritability

yes, I have a friend who has these symptoms which have persisted for sometime. He refuses to see a psychologist but his mood swings, distortion of facts, irritability and anger rages with a victim mentality and lack of trust, and lying is difficult to be around.. I was wondering what condition this may be.

By your history and description, your friend is mostly suffering from psychosis.
So better to consult psychiatrist for him and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in his life and start working on its solution.
He will also need anti psychotic drugs.
