General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to give some tests:
1. Abdominal CT
2. Complete Blood Count
3. Comprehensive Digestive Stool Analysis (CDSA)

As already you have given diagnosis, I give more emphasis on treating her.
1. If she has fever, then, give Paracetamol 500mg if needed.
2. Ciprofloxacin 500 mg orally every 12 hours for 10 days. after 10 days Metronidazole 500mg daily once for 10 days.
3. For vomiting, please give Ondansetron 8mg
4. For stomach pain, please give dicycloverine 10 mg
5. Lifestyle changes and dietary change is highly advised.

You should also follow these guidelines:
Wash your hands. Use soap and water. Wash your hands after you use the bathroom, change a child's diapers, or sneeze. Wash your hands before you prepare or eat food.

Cook meats all the way through. Use a meat thermometer to make sure meat is heated to a temperature that will kill bacteria. Do not eat raw or under-cooked chicken, turkey, seafood, beef, or pork.

Drink safe water. Drink only treated water. Do not drink water from ponds or lakes. Drink safe milk. Drink only pasteurized milk. Do not drink raw milk. After 1 month, please post the Tests results and your daughter's health status. Likewise, we can take decision.

Do not worry. She is under good supervision. We have highly skilled doctors here.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.

Regards,
