I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. It is most common problem in
pregnancy due to
hormonal change in first trimester of pregnancy. After body adaptation gradually it will decrease. I would suggest to take proper treatment under the advise of gynecologist.
Take the following advice -- Increase your rest time. Take fresh outdoor air help in faster improvement. Diet care: eat when hungry, small frequent diet, avoid spicy fatty foods, avoid pill with iron.
High protein diet reduce
vomiting. Try to take herbal tea, cracker, unbutterd toast, gelatin contain desserts help to reduce severity. Drugs like metoclorramide,
doxylamine and vitamin B6 will help you. Take Ginger capsule. Accupressor therapy: electrical stimulation around wrist help to reduce severity. I suggest close follow up under obstetrician.
