Taking Lisinopril ~ & have developed a mouth sore on my rt. upper, inner gum! It hurts, and will not go away, have had it for 4 wks. now. I have never been proned to mouth sores or canker's and
the few I have had in the past usually go away in 3-5 days with baking soda treatment.
With your query, usually canker sores or mouth ulcers will go away by a week or so. After looking into your query are you sure that they are ulcers and not openings of periapical abscess.i would suggest you to visit oral medicine dentist fir the correct treatment.

Suggest Treatment For Mouth Sore
Hello!Read your query. ACE inhibitors can be causative for mouth ulcers. The best thing to do is warm salt water gargling thrice daily. Apply a lignocaine based gel like GUMTONE before food. Maintain a proper oral hygiene. If it persists more than 1 week or new ulcers develop, you must consult with your physician for a change in the prescription. Regards.
