Suggest Treatment For Movable Pea-sized Lump Near Right Ear While Having Migraine

Hi, I ve noticed I have a Hard, movable, pea-sized lump right next to my right ear. I ve no pain when pushing it; even with force. I noticed this a day after I had a migraine which lasted for a few hours. Seeing that I don t usually get migraines it was a cause for concern. Is there any way you can help me figure out what this is? Thank you.

Welcome to hcm,
Your symptoms suggest it could be lymph node enlargement which could be reactive or nonspecific lymphadenitis .I advice you to take a course of antibiotics if the swelling doesn't subside or increase in size then get FNAC done for confirmation.
