Suggest Treatment For Moyamoya Disease

Hi, I have a daughter who just turned 21 yrs old and has a full promise in her life.. She already had a stroke twice, the first not having any impact, but the 2nd one, it left her left side with weakness.. Her doctor is saying that she might have moyamoya and could be confirmed by angioram.. What would be the best option for her? I know that there are two types of operation, but which is better for her? Is there a doctor in Singapore that could help her as I cannot have the sufficient funds to support this.. Thank you very much....

HI,
Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
Moyamoya disease is a condition where blood vessels to a part of brain are constricted & the blood flow to brain is blocked.
Treatment comprises of anti platelet drugs ( like aspirin ) to avoid thrombosis & blockage in alternative collateral blood capillaries formed / surgical treatment.
thanks.
