Suggest Treatment For Mucosal Thickening In Right Maxillary Sinus

NCCT PNS Findings: Opacification of left maxillary sinus seen with extension of opacity in left nasal cavity across widened osteomeatal complex. Opacification of bilateral ethmoid, sphenoid, frontal sinuses seen. Mucosal thickening seen in right maxillary sinus. S shaped deviation of nasal septum seen. What is the treatment for this diseases?

Hello,

It may be due to chronic sinusitis.

For that continue steam inhalation.

You may require antibiotics after ENT consultation.

You can use nasal saline drops locally.

Continue saline or betadine gargles twice a day
