General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Re-stenosis of bypass vessels can be possible in certain cases particularly with high risk factors such as:
- Advanced age
- Atherosclerosis of severe degree
- Hypercholesterolemia
- Continuous heavy smoking
- Over weight with BMI above 30
- Diabetes (uncontrolled)

The creatinine of 1.28 is not suggestive of renal failure and nothing to worry for that figure.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
