Suggest Treatment For Multiple Cold Sores In And Around Mouth And White Tongue
My nephew has multiple cold sores in and around his mouth, and I noticed today that his tongue is very white. He doesn't have any white spots on his tonsils, but they are very swollen. He has had a temperature for a couple days, at least 5 that I am aware of. He seems tired, and has some nasal congestion. Is this something that is in need of immediate attention?

Read your query as your nephew had cold sores in mouth and white coated tongue and swollen tonsils this can be due to viral infection , or herpes viral stomatitis .
Dont be worried so much you should consult physician for examination or oral surgeon for examination of sores .
