Suggest Treatment For Multiple Gall Bladder Polyps

I have multiple gall bladder polyps which are a symptomatic and discovered accidentally sonographic follow up every 6months along two years revealed change of size of largest one from 7mm to 9 mm during my last check up .lm 68 old female , and I m worried what is your advise ?

Hi.

Polyps in the GB are usually considered a slight prick in the hand for a surgeon, considering some of them can turn aggressive. Taking your age into consideration I would recommend either a partial or complete GB removal, but your doctor should know best. They have been growing in size and are eventually going to reach a size at which we would have to take them out, so discuss with your doctor why we can't do that now itself.
