hi there. i have multiple lumps on my scrotum area. over the past year or so. they seem to appear in different spots and then go away reoccur. sometimes they appear in the area between my thigh and scrotum. usually they are just hard and eventually develop what looks like the head of a pimple. but sometimes my wife said they are dark and seem to have a bloody white pussy liquid come out when squeezed. they do not hurt but are annoying to have. was just trying to do some research to see what i could have.
