Suggest Treatment For Multiple Sclerosis

I have been having severe headaches for two years. They have tried a bunch of different meds for miagraines none of them have worked. I have had neck surgery in March on L5. Shoulder pain, neck pain and arm pain. They have found spots on my brain they have ruled out MS what else could it be.
