Suggest Treatment For Multiple Stones In Each Kidney

I have had to issues for about a month. I had an abdominal ultrasound done last week. Results showed gallbladder, liver, pancreas all normal except a significant number of kidney stones in each kidney. Met with urologist and was created to see position of stones. All stones are around perimeter with no reason to treat.

Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Kidney stone treatment is depend on its size and site or location at urinary system.

If size of stones is less than 7 mm than it can possibly be removed through ureter because normally ureter lumen is almost 7 to 8 mm.

I generally give my patients tab.tamsulosin (veltam 0.4 mg) twice daily to dilate their ureter further to more than 8 mm so that stones can be evacuated through it and could come out in urine advising to drink excess of water daily.

If there is any urinary infection then I will give antibiotics with other pain killers, antispasmodics and cital liquids.

Consult your treating doctor for complete evaluation.

Regards,
