1) Healthy and nutritious diet that includes nuts and seeds
2) Drink more water to prevent dehydration
3) When a muscle cramps there are 5 steps to be followed to relieve the cramp they are:
a) Stretch the affected area
b) Massage the affected area with massage roller or hand
c) Stand up and walk around
d) Apply heat or ice
e) You can have pain killers like
Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen
4) Tab. Evion LC is very effective in preventing muscle cramps. Daily 1 tablet for at least 3 months
5) Tab.
Neurobion Forte daily 1 and Shelcal 500 mg daily 1
6) All these medications will effectively help you control the muscle cramps
