Hi
Thyroid problem is not linked with muscular pain. It may cause limb weakness and neuropathies if remains untreated but your muscular pain is a separate issue.
When thyroid hormones are imbalanced, then you may feel chest discomfort & palpitations since thyroid has a direct action on heart tissue. So take thyroid medicine regularly.
Regarding muscular pain, apply dicloran gel thrice daily and take tablet naproxen twice daily. Meanwhile go to a hospital for examination to rule out local causes for legs pain. Be compliant to thyroid medication and follow-up regularly.
Thank you for contacting HCM.
