sir, I m a woman of 40. i suffers a rapid contraction of muscles n fells down. i become senseless. my teeths too contracts tight n comes out salivas. also by doctors prescription i m taking epsolin tablets. what m i suffering from. n what should be done for good treatment??

The muscle spasm, body tremors and falling down over floor with senselessness indicates generalized or partial seizure disorder. As you are already on epsolin, I think the drug is not that effective and you should discuss the need of alteration in dose or molecule as levotiracetam or others for better results.
