Hello,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to inflammation or vitamin D deficiency.

For this reason, I recommend performing some tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR, vitamin D and blood electrolyte levels, thyroid hormone levels, etc.)

It is also necessary for performing a testicle ultrasound.

If all these tests result normal, I would recommend considering anxiety as a possible cause of all this clinical situation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
