Suggest Treatment For Muscle Weakness And Dry Mouth

I feel faint occasionally, get tired easily. I am weak. BP is good, RBC nd WBC WNL Several times a day feel like fire ants stinging in random places, muscles weak and tongue/mouth occasionally very dry. It seems tp be progressively worse. No change in meds or diet.
