Hello,
The following are some probable causes for your symptoms :
1) Due to prolonged exposure to sun heat,
dehydration and thus
electrolyte imbalance.
2) As your
HbA1c is very low, you might be having recurrent episodes of
hypoglycemia.
First of all, you need to get these blood investigations done:
1) Fasting and postprandial blood sugar
2) Serum electrolytes, for the time being, I can suggest some remedies.
It is important to get examined by a competent physician in person.
1) Observe your daily fluid intake. It must be 3.5-4l/day
2) Oral rehydration therapy is recommended with
ORS sachets available in medical stores.
3) Eat frequently small amounts.
4) It's better not to drive and to avoid sun exposure for 4-5 days.
Finally, what I would like to impress upon is please do not neglect as you might be suffering from episodes of hypoglycemia insulin-secreting tumors can occur in type 2 diabetics.
My intention is not to scare you but to warn you as prevention is always better than cure and early diagnosis is the key to complete elimination of the problem.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
