Suggest Treatment For Nagging Cough, Ringing Ears And Sore Throat

I have a nagging cough, ear ringing, sore throat, and discomfort between my shoulder blades, sore to touch my back. if I take a deep breath if f eel soreness and I have cough. I nauseated also. I had a blocked nostril about 2 weeks ago and was treated with antibiotics and a steroid injection (z pack)

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the allergic cough then it does not need any antibiotic nor the steroid but it can be just managed with conservative level, like hot drink, steam inhalation, hot shower, and anti-histamine, and the best is Tab Loratadine with Pseudoephedrine three times in day if the symptoms persist then x-ray chest and routine blood test is needed hope this information helps.
