I have narrow angle glaucoma, i was told that lazers or anything else will not help. Now a doctor used cold lazer, that reduced pressure from 22 to 20 in one eye and to 17 in the other, now she is recomending me for surgery, to make a little hole in each eye to drain. There is only a small space left in my left eye at the outer corner that still have vision. My right eye was damaged during cataract surgery - vision is bleury. Any suggestions? Anna
Hello Welcome to health care magic. I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having narrow angle glaucoma. The initial treatment is by laser iridotomy. Hence you can undergo the procedure as advised by your doctor. The next mode of treatment depends on the severity and stage of glaucoma and this may be done by eye drops or surgery.
Thank you
