Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain
nasal bleeding can occur due to causes like Traumatic injury, vigorous sniffing, nose picking habit causing trauma to small blood vessels, nasal irritation due to repeated cold and
sinus infection, while other medical conditions like
high blood pressure and blood thinning medicines can also cause nasal bleeding..
In case if the bleeding has not ceased you need to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluatd and he can do a clinical examination and nasal
endoscopy if needed along with blood tests to rule out the exact cause of bleeding..
In case if there s any ruptured vessel that is bleeding electrocautary can be done to cease bleeding..
Nasal packs can be given for 2 to 3 days to cease bleeding..
Avoid excess sniffing or picking the nose..
Lean forwards while the nose is bleeding to prevent aspiration of blood in wind pipe and also swallowing can cause
vomiting..
Pinching nostril for ten minutes can cease bleeding..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
