I had a blockage in my nose. Only one side of my nose works .Its been sice years that i have been suffering from this problem.When i sleep on my left my right nose will be free & its vise versa .I cant breath properly if i run or do any such things.some time it pains inside . In winters it will be very difficult to breath , two sides of my nose get blocked .It happens even when i have something cool. I sneeze very frequently like more then 5 time at once.When i try to clear my nose there want be any mucus but they are blocked .It even has effect on my ears sooo much.Can you say what is the exact problem ?

Hi,
Your symptoms suggest sinus involvement causing blockage of nasal passage, sleeping on opposite side of block would drain the sinus with gravitational force. Blockage of eustachian tube (controlling air pressure on ear drum) causes blocked ears, pain or inflammation. You need control of allergy to prevent frequent sinus problem / antibiotics & anti-inflammatory drugs in sufficient dosage for cure. Inhalation of vapor would ease the trouble. Consult ENT specialist.
