He is underwent homeopathic treatment and having medicens since four moths but no progress has seen so do we have any remedy without surgery?
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.
As per your complain Nasal polyps are are overgrowth of mucosa and the soft tissue in the nose and it occurs commonly due to a number of causes like Chronic sinus infection, chronic upper respiratory tract infection, allergies etc.. I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and he can do a clinical evaluation and also advise you nasal endoscopy for confirmation.. Many a times Steroid nasal drops are given as they help in shrinkage of the polyp and relieve the condition.. In case if there is no resolution steroid injections given in the polyps can help.. In case if nothing helps surgical excision of the polyp is the ultimate treatment..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
