Oncologist 's  Response
Hi,

The best remedy is to keep yourself calm: Keeping yourself calm can end an active stress response and its changes.

When your stomach or digestive system is upset, we can expel the contents in one of two ways: Through the mouth or the anus.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
