Hi,

You need to have a fresh thyroid profile to adjust thyroid medication as under treatment of hypothyroidism may lead to the same symptoms as you are experiencing.

Ultrasound pelvis to look for any pelvic pathology like ovarian cyst or uterine fibroid etc should be done which may cause pressure symptoms in lower abdomen. Also hernia etc should be ruled out.

A surgical or gynecologist review is a must. Meanwhile OTC analgesics like Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be used for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
