Suggest Treatment For Nausea And Burning Sensation In Stomach

Hi Iam Trisha Sanchez just turned 27 on July 12th. And I have a Question to ask. a day before my birthday I ate White Rice Beans Fried Chicken Carrots and Pasta with chicken wing inside Then about an hour or two I had ate 2 packs of pop-tarts that early morning I had diaherra and a lot of gagging with burps in which the burps it had a egglike soda taste very disgusting ever since that my appetite has been very low and a slight burning like in my stomach, although I do eat very little with sensations of nausea and the burning sensations. What can I eat do or drink to cure this sickness. I hope you can help Thankyou.

Hello,

The symptoms you have mentioned are suggestive of acidity after irregular eating habits. It might be possible that it resulted in food poisoning thats causing nausea.

For nausea you can take ondansetron tablet thats available as OTC as well as some ORS( oral rehydration solution) can be consumed after that. For next couple of days to reduce the burning sensation in stomach, pantoprazole can help on empty stomach. Make sure you keep yourself well hydrated and avoid consuming outside food as well as oily food. If the condition doesn’t improve, see a doctor for further assessment.
